I like octopuses, a great book and you’ll never find me without a big cup of ice water by my side. A total freak for essential oils, bad jokes, mini m&m’s and really big ideas, I talk a whole freaking lot and love love love to laugh. Wellness can be tricky. It shouldn’t be as taking care of ourselves, theoretically, should be one of the easiest things to do in the world. I mean, who knows us better than ourselves? What we need?
But still, it can be quite a lot to get right as there are so many things out there to follow:

Luckily, I have a few wellness routines you can start first thing tomorrow morning that are so easy peasy, you could do them in your sleep, backwards.
There a million things you can do for your wellness, but these 5 have been the easiest I have been able to accomplish on a daily basis, and are an amazing starting point when you feel lost in a sea of wellness advice.
