I like octopuses, a great book and you’ll never find me without a big cup of ice water by my side. A total freak for essential oils, bad jokes, mini m&m’s and really big ideas, I talk a whole freaking lot   and love love love to laugh. I have a hot fiancé who I love making   googly eyes at and I’m a momma to two crazy cats. Traveling is my jam. Right here you will see all of those things, plus a bit more craziness. The 5 Easiest Wellness Routines to Start First Thing Tomorrow

Wellness can be tricky. It shouldn’t be as taking care of ourselves, theoretically, should be one of the easiest things to do in the world. I mean, who knows us better than ourselves? What we need?

But still, it can be quite a lot to get right as there are so many things out there to follow:

  • All the water
  • Not too much sun
  • 5 servings of fruit and veggies
  • Maybe some meat but also go vegan?
  • Get some milk but no dairy at all.
  • Oranges can ruin your teeth (supposedly)
  • You should get supplements but make sure they are the perfect kind
  • Exercise daily
  • But only for 30 minutes
  • And make sure you get a good protein shake in beforehand

The list goes on and on and on!

Luckily, I have a few wellness routines you can start first thing tomorrow morning that are so easy peasy, you could do them in your sleep, backwards.

  1. Start your day, before coffee or tea, with warm lemon water. Add some raw honey too! It’s amazingly tasty and if you’re feeling daring, replace your morning caffeine with it completely. Warm lemon water has a slew of benefits, from aiding in digestion to boosting metabolism, and is a great alternative to caffeine heavy drinks.
  2. Put Orange oil on your toothbrush. Orange can help eliminate bad breath for the entire day and is a natural tooth whitener – and a much healthier alternative to toxin filled whiteners on the supermarket shelves.
  3. While you put on your clothes, makeup and do your hair – say out loud things you are grateful for, both big and small. And trust me, nothing is too small. It is incredible what starting the day with gratitude can do for you.
  4. Before bed, STRETCH. Roll your neck and shoulders, touch your toes and bend and sway allllllll over the place. Not only will this loosen you up for some great sleep, it will help avoid any of those toss and turn uncomfortable moments you have when your body is still stiff and tension filled when getting into bed.
  5. Find a good Vitamin C tablet (Young Living has a great one! You can find it here: Super C) and remember to take it every day. Caring for our immune systems BEFORE we get sick (and helping to prevent illness in the same step) is one of the best routines we can set for ourselves!

There a million things you can do for your wellness, but these 5 have been the easiest I have been able to accomplish on a daily basis, and are an amazing starting point when you feel lost in a sea of wellness advice. Do you do anything on this list? Is there anything you do that is not listed here but you think has an amazing impact? I would love to hear what some of your wellness routines include, so please feel free to share.

Until next time loves.

I love oils but, I am now going to look into orange oil. Do you use it in replace of toothpaste?

Hmm, I will have to try the orange oil trick. I knew orange was good for cleaning never thought about putting on your toothbrush. I also need to work on drinking lemon water in the morning! I have been trying emergen-c every morning because I don’t care for plain water all the time. Great tips! Thanks for sharing.
